The summary of what we learned in this week

In this week, we learned a lots that related to AP Calculus, such as tangent line, secant line and branches.

In the class of introduction of AP Calculus, I learned the difference between Calculus and other branches of math. Unlike other branches of math which are static, calculus is dynamic that deals with the changing quantities that approaching each other. Also, we could use calculus to solve two types of problem in which could be associated to the area problem(integral calculus) and the tangent problem(differential calculus). We get to know the difference between tangent line and secant line and how to find out a tangent line if we only know one of the point on the line.

Two things that we learned from this class which is unassociated to the mathematic are how to be a better men and some mathematic usage in our real life. Mr. T always corrects and points out our misbehave during the class time. He always told us that we need to face our problem and our risk with a positive attitude. If we really get a failure, we need to know that there must be a reason and no matter how unsatisfied we are, we need do think positively and try to learn from it! He also talk about how the math could affect our life which is really practical to us, letting us get to know the idea that we don't really have an opportunity to gained if we are not attending to this class.
